Hello! I’ve been tagged by the amazing Marianna over at Marianna’s Corner to do the 7 Deadly Sins book tag! Definitely check out her blog, her posts are always so great!

I’m super excited to do this especially because I love all the questions related to this tag!

GREED
What is the most expensive book you own? What is the least expensive book you own?

The most expensive book I own is probably either one of the illustrated editions of the first two Harry Potter books! Those guys are expensive, but I needed them for my ever-expanding collection of Harry Potter.

The least expensive book I own is definitely The Bone Season by Samantha Shannon because I found it at Indigo for only $3 and I was honestly shook.

GLUTTONY
What book or books have you shamelessly devoured many times?

Definitely all the Harry Potter books. But more recently, A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas! I mean, we probably all understand why. It’s just such an addicting book.

SLOTH
What book or series have you neglected over sheer laziness?

I don’t think a lot of people know this, but I still haven’t finished reading The Mortal Instruments… *disappears from existence*

I KNOW I CAN’T BELIEVE IT EITHER. I think it’s mainly because I just loved the overall conclusion of City of Glass SO much, that I was pretty disappointed with City of Fallen Angels (which is probably my least favorite of the series so far). I’m still currently like 120 ish pages into City of Lost Souls, (which I haven’t read since like 2016) but I am determined to catch up on all of Cassie’s books before Queen of Air and Darkness comes out!

please send your encouragements.

PRIDE
What book or books do you bring up when you want to sound like an intellectual reader?

This one is hard for me. Probably Animal Farm, which I read last year. It deals with such important and relevant topics and is also told in a compelling way, so yeah, Animal Farm by George Orwell.

LUST
What attributes do you find most attractive in your characters?

I absolutely adore characters who are sarcastic and funny. Also characters who are strong-willed and stand up for what they believe in.

ENVY
What books would you most like to receive as a gift?

I’d say Autoboyography by Christina Lauren or The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden. I’m just really in the mood to read those at the moment!

WRATH
What author do you have a love/hate relationship with?

I think I’ll very half-heartedly go with Leigh Bardugo on this one (even though I will literally buy any book she releases). I LOVED LOVED LOVED The Six of Crows duology, but I didn’t really like Ruin and Rising. I say half-heartedly, because out of the 5 books of hers that I read, I only disliked one. So it’s definitely more love than hate on this one.

I had such a fun time doing this tag!

I tag:

I can’t wait to see all of your answers for this, (if you decide to do this of course! ☺️)

Thank you guys so much for reading! Until next time!
